Protecting Your Ability to Drive

Your driver’s license is your livelihood. It represents your job, your home, your family, your independence and your dignity.

Too many people choose not to fight their traffic tickets, thinking it’s easier to just pay the fine. What you may not realize is that paying the fine is an admission of guilt. You could lose your driving privileges and your insurance rates could skyrocket. The violation could remain on your driving record for years.

Police and court personnel are not required to inform you of the consequences of a guilty plea. PennDOT notices can be confusing and misleading. Most violations carry points and/or an automatic license suspension. Once you accumulate six (6) points, PennDOT takes action against you.

I represent clients in Lancaster County who have been cited for the following offenses. Even if you feel you have committed the offense, I can protect your driving privileges by negotiating a reduction in the vast majority of cases.

  • DUI
  • Speeding
  • Leaving the scene of an accident
  • Driving with a suspended or revoked license
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) violations
  • Stop sign and stop light violations
  • Careless and reckless driving
  • Other moving and traffic violations

I will fight to protect your driving privileges. Contact me at 717-290-7900 or complete the form on this page to have your questions answered.
